Inside Sales Representative

Position Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate business from cold-calls, warm calls and referral business
- Generate additional leads through our proprietary warm-calling system
- Establish and maintain a full sales pipeline in your territory
- Become an expert on our Web-based software
- Identify and convert new sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven track record in in-house sales
- Superior customer relationship skills
- Diligence and self-motivation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Assets
- Solid understanding of the Real Estate Industry, Web based software, and the benefits of being online
- Understanding of website/graphic design
Compensation
Our compensation package includes base salary, recurring commissions, sales bonuses, competitive benefits, flexible working hours, traveling to sales territories for trade shows and presentations. The successful candidate can expect to make between $50,000 and $57,000 + benefits during the first year, $57,000 -$63,000+ benefits during the second year and $63,000 - $70,000 + benefits during the third year.
